Mainstreet’s portfolio spans senior living (independent living, assisted living, and memory care), industrial workspaces, consumer storage, and retail and commercial development. Across all of it, the focus is the same: affordable, high-quality places to live, work, and grow.

In 2002, at age 25, Zeke left a job on Wall Street to start a real estate development company. That company became one of the nation’s premier developers of post-acute healthcare properties.
